1. Gluten Free Breakfast Smoothies
I was not a fan of smoothies before these combinations. I never felt full and I was hungry an hour later. Can you relate?
But these are very different! With a healthy combination of fiber, protein, and healthy fats, they keep us full and energized for hours!
Plus, they are chock full of nutrients celiacs and gluten-sensitive people often lack, like iron, calcium, and Omega 3’s. My blood panels finally show adequate nutrition after I added regular smoothies and hearty soups to my diet.

2. Almond Butter Pumpkin Pancakes
These beauties are gluten free, dairy free, grain free, and paleo! With a base of almond and tapioca flours, they include all the benefits of almond flour (protein, fiber, minerals and healthy fats) with the lightness of a traditional pancake.
Plus they’re nutty, pumpkin-y, and perfect leftovers to eat for your gluten free breakfast all week!
3. Oat-free Rice Porridge
This gluten free breakfast recipe is for porridge lovers on-the-go! It’s super simple and requires no cooking – all you need is some leftover or pre-cooked rice.
Helpful Hint: Doctors recommend newly diagnosed celiacs and gluten-sensitive people avoid oats and oatmeal for at least the first 6 months. Some of us can eat gluten-free oats again later, and some can’t. This is a perfect substitution for anyone who can’t have oats or is looking for a good alternative to expensive gluten free breakfast cereals.
4. Gluten Free Breakfast Crepes
Are you team sweet or team savory? Either way, these crepes have your back! We updated this recipe recently for a texture that’s lighter, softer, and even more perfect.
Fill with nut butters, fresh fruit, jams, and chocolate sauce for sweet. Or scrambles, hashes, lox, or cream cheese for savory. They are super versatile and easy to make-ahead for the week!
5. On-the-go Gluten Free Muffins
If there is one recipe I make over and over, it’s these take-along paleo pumpkin muffins. The ingredients proportions are very similar to a healthy packaged snack bar but they taste like a dessert – if that’s not a worthwhile goal I don’t know what is!
